A full calendar of events

From July through September, the club will host its "Joints in Motion" class at the Senior Center. This program is designed to promote physical wellness and mobility through gentle exercise, tailored to the needs of seniors.

Later that month, on September 21, the club has planned a trip to the scenic Starved Rock State Park. This outing will provide a chance to enjoy nature, with opportunities for sightseeing and perhaps some light hiking. For those who enjoy the outdoors, Tinley Park and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for recreation, including some excellent local fishing spots.

Further details on these and other upcoming events will be announced by the village in the coming weeks. Senior Program Coordinator Marie Ryan can be contacted for more information about the club and its programs.
